1. Apply Creamy Matte Essential on top and bottom lips following the lip outline. 2. Use the applicator to blend the Creamy Matte color. 3. Wait one minute for the color to fully adhere and the lipmatte no longer sticks. 4. The color will look one shade darker after it dries.
