Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed.
I put the wrong address in my order, what should I do?
Please be careful when entering your shipping address, Namir Beauty will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
Do you offer returns?
We have a return policy for 1 day after the item arrives by including an unboxing video.
If there is a wrong delivery of goods/colors from the product ordered and the error is from Namir Beauty Quality Control, the shipping of goods that have been sent and those that will be sent will be borne entirely by Namir Beauty.
If the product/color selection error is on the customer, the return shipping fee will be deferred to the customer. After we receive the item, we will send a new item with the shipping costs borne by the customer.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
My items arrived damaged, what should I do?
Please contact us immediately, within 24 hours of receiving your order with your order number, via our contact us page. please note you may need to provide multiple photos of the damaged products.
What are my payment options?
We accept online payments via visa, mastercard, Virtual Account and QRIS. You’ll see this list when you visit our checkout page.
Why was I charged twice?
You will only be charged for what you purchased. if you see duplicate charges, please give it a few days until the issue falls off and gets rectified automatically. however, if it still remains and you are positive you only placed one order, please contact us via our contact us page with a screenshot of the duplicate charge for further assistance.
Where can I purchase Namir Beauty products?
Namir Beauty is available at www.namirbeauty.com or you can purchase our products at  marketplace Shopee and Tokopedia or in-stores from our multiple retail partners.
How often do you restock?
Restock dates very depending on product availability. please sign up for our emails alerts to find out when your favorite products will be back in stock!
Do you offer discounts/promotions?
Yes, from time to time we offer discounts and promotions. sign up for our email alerts to receive news on special offers.
Are your products vegan?
Yes – our products are formulated without any ingredients from animal origin.
Do you test products on animal?
Namir Beauty do not test products on animals. all of our products are cruelty-free.
Are the products safe for all skin types?
All products were formulated to be safe for all skin types, but if you have specific concerns please consult your dermatologist about the list of ingredients found on the website.
What temperatures do these products need to be stored at?
We recommend storing your products in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
Ordering a gift for someone else?
When ordering a gift, be sure to enter your email address to receive all summary information, but enter the recipient’s name and shipping information. If you also want to include a handwritten note, In the "gift note" section on the cart write the message of with what you want the note to say.
What does it mean when an item is marked as preorder?
When a product is marked pre-order, it means we don’t yet have it in stock in Bali. Pre-orders are a way to guarantee you will receive your new item that may not be ready yet! When you place a preorder, it won’t be shipped immediately to you. They will ship out as soon as they arrive at our warehouse.
