We have a return policy for 1 day after the item arrives by including an unboxing video.
If there is a wrong delivery of goods/colors from the product ordered and the error is from Namir Beauty Quality Control, the shipping of goods that have been sent and those that will be sent will be borne entirely by Namir Beauty.
If the product/color selection error is on the customer, the return shipping fee will be deferred to the customer. After we receive the item, we will send a new item with the shipping costs borne by the customer.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
